Request refund
A full refund is only possible if one of the following cases applies:
- Your flight has been cancelled without replacement.
- The scheduled departure time at your departure point has been moved forward by more than one hour or is delayed by at least two hours.
- The scheduled arrival time at your destination will be delayed by at least two hours.
- Change of Carrier Code on your ticket.
- Change of arrival or departure airport within a city.
If you have already used part of your ticket, it will be refunded partially.
If these conditions do not apply to your ticket, the refund will be processed based on the conditions of your purchased fare. Depending on fare conditions, only taxes and fees may be refunded.
As soon as you confirm the refund request, the ticket is no longer valid and rebooking is no longer possible. All remaining flight segments will be cancelled.
